Payment Portal Questionnaire
To better serve our valued Franchise Owners, we have developed a new payment management system which integrates directly to the FBC Online Reservation website and FBC App. This new FBC Membership Payments Portal will allow you to add payment options for your monthly FBC Membership Fees, as well as securely store credit card and ACH Payment Methods. These methods will be available for fuel payments at the dock when checking in after an outing on the water, and for the Captain Services which will be implemented soon. These easier to use payment options will be available via the Dockmaster tablets so you no longer need to have a credit card available to swipe at check in! If you prefer to use an alternative payment method at the dock, we can still process your payment using a current method in addition to any stored credit card options.
Not only is the Payments Portal mobile friendly and easy to use, but it’s also safe and secure. You now have full control over how your memberships get paid with an easy to use Administration Interface. To ensure the security and safety of your payment and account information, we have chosen Authorize.Net as our service provider. Authorize.Net is an industry-leading payments gateway and will ensure all membership fees and payments collected through their system is protected and remain secure.
